Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Server definitely isn’t the simplest thing in the world. You will either need to use some other server or your home PC, or, alternatively resort to a third–party software. We offer a much simpler way with our Managed Servers offer. We will create a full backup of your server once a week, so you never have to fear permanently losing any essential info. Last but not least we can always restore a backup very quickly. All backups we make are placed on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to your data, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a virtually infinite number of options, you will sometimes need to install additional pieces of software. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It’s an essential part of our Managed Servers package, which entitles you to demand any of our competent system administrators to install any software program and to solve any problem that you are having with the virtual server.
